How do I check my order status?

When you place an order, we typically take 1–2 business days for processing. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. To check your order's delivery status, simply visit the tracking page and use the email you provided during purchase. If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to us via our Contact page and we'll provide you with an update.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Since we make our sauces in small batches, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. While most packages arrive within 7 business days, please be aware of potential delays during peak seasons, inclement weather, or epidemic events. We will inform you of any known delays either via the banner at the top of our site or via email.

Can you ship to military addresses?

Yes, we ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses! Please make sure to [correctly format the recipient’s address].

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we don't ship internationally. If you're located outside the U.S. and want our hot sauce, send us a message via our Contact page and we'll explore options to make it happen.
